RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase because if you’re not happy, we’re not happy! We believe our customers deserve a premium product but should you for whatever reason not be satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Please note that returned merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging, including all tags intakt. Items with obvious signs of use, makeup, stains, or animal hair may be subject to deniel and will be sent back to you. 

 

RETURNS

Free Return Shipping on US Orders Returned Within 7 Days of delivery!

  • Return packages must be postmarked within the 30 days following delivery. Return packages postmarked after this time frame may be subject to denial and sent back to you.
  • Return packages postmarked within the first 7 days following the delivery date, will qualify for free return shipping. Return packages postmarked after the first 7 days from delivery will have a $7 fee deducted from the refund amount.
  • Sales items are non-refundable

 

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Initiate your return by filling out the form https://roccasock.com/exchange-return/
  2. A Rocca Sock customer team member will follow-up within 24 hours via email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number + a return shipping label.
  3. Please include a printed copy of the return email confirmation you received from Rocca Sock.
  4. Once we receive the returned merchandise it will be inspected, and you will be notified on the status of your refund.
  5. If your return is approved, you will receive a credit refund to your card in most cases within 48 hours, but please note it may vary depending on the card issuer.
  6. A $5.00 restock fee will be deducted from all orders being returned for a refund. 

 

EXCHANGE

  • Online exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from delivery of the item
  • Return shipping is free for exchanged items, if postmarked within 7 days of initiation of exchange. If the returned item is postmarked later than 7 days after initiation of exchange, we will charge your original method of payment a $10 return shipping fee plus the cost of the new item.
  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

 

EXCHANGE PROCESS

  3. Please include a printed copy of the exchange email confirmation you received from Rocca Sock.
  4. Once we receive the merchandise it will be inspected, and you will be notified on the status of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, your new order will ship within 24 hours at no cost to you.

 

If an error was made on your order, for example, you didn’t receive the size ordered,  please contact us right away at customerservice@roccasock.com. We will correct the issue at no cost to you.
